I have been a client for 10+ years for various injuries & overall maintenance. Chappy is an absolute healer & there is much more to his practice than just chiropractic work. There has never been a time that he hasn't diagnosed my injury and had me walking out feeling substantially improved. Sometimes I wonder if he's performing magic - I've crawled in there unable to sit or stand upright, and after my visit, I walk out close to pain-free. Both Chappy & Julia remember everything from previous visits and are never in a rush to get you out. They are also extremely understanding and do their absolute best to squeeze you in same day if it's urgent. They make an amazing team. Whether you're an elite athlete or just need a pro to diagnose/cure your aches & pains, this is the place. Everyone that I have referred has only had high praises for Chappy's skills & Julia's prep & post treatment care instructions. In summary, he's the miracle worker!

I broke and dislocated both my shoulders about a year and a half ago. I've has physical therapy while recovering and while most of my strength had come back through exercise, I still never had the full range of motion as I did before my injury. I went to see Dr. Chappy Wood and in just two sessions he has given me almost all the range of motion I never thought I would have again. He is very professional, inviting, and is very clear in explaining everything going on within the body. I highly encourage and recommend Marin Spine & Wellness Center.

My wife went to see Chappy Wood today for sciatica and leg pains/cramps - he performed his usual miracles; best no-nonsense chiropractor in Marin Co. - who does not expect you to come back for weekly visits, since he knows how to cure you in one!

OUTSTANDING is the best word to describe my experience with Chappy Woods at Marin Spine & Wellness. I recently had complications with a full hip replacement because I had fallen on the side of the replacement. Pain was excruciating in every movement for about one month after the fall and somebody from the gym suggested seeing Chappy. Pre and post surgery, I had seen over 10 chiropractors and none come close to the service I received from Chappy. For starters, he didn't just crack my neck/back and say "see you see again next week." He actually took time to listen to my situation and discuss it in detail. He had tools in the office (that I had not seen before) that he brought out during the first visit and got right on it. I was able to purchase one of the devices so I could perform the rehab exercise several times daily at home. After 3 weeks with Chappy I am ecstatic with my recovery. I highly recommend Chappy Woods to anyone who is having problems with muscle or joint aches & pains.

I hurt my lower back and hip while working out. I have had to be careful since I had an injury a long time ago; so a vulnerable spot. Anyway, I was miserable; I could hardly move, and in terrible pain. I read the reviews on Yelp asked and I had asked my trainer. He recommended Chappy Wood; so did several if his clients and overall the reviews were great. I typically steer clear of chiropractors for fear of hurting myself worse. Even my Dr said I needed to see a chiropractor and he is not a fan, unless a necessity, which he thought this was. Chappy is amazing. He is very methodical, careful, does not try to be a "hero" and really listens. He was right on with his projections of my recovery. I trust his approach. I am so much better and I have steadily improved. He has given me helpful advice on which exercises to do to strengthen my back and what to steer clear of as I progress. I am so grateful and happy to have found him and his team (which includes his wife who also works there). Everyone is friendly and truly caring. I would highly recommend; even for maintenance.
